I strongly agree about the high level of competition and I would also recommend to take into account not only Nutella, but President, Ricotta, Карат and Плавыч (I mention it, because there is only Nutella mentioned in all you posts).
And also have you thought how would your target customer differ from customers of all mentioned brands? Especially what wre the differences between people who will choose imported brands or authentic Russian brands (e.g. Karat)?
Alina, thank you very much for your comments! Yes, we would try to take this brands into consideration.
The biggest difference here is the price and the perceived quality (if we speak about Russian brands). As I told earlier, President is perceived a cheese rather than cottage cheese brand. That is why such combination might be assumed as very unusual (salt-sugar).
